Uber : The ride-hailing app company, along with Postmates, a competitor in the meal-delivery arena, sued California to challenge legislation that could force the companies to treat their drivers as employees.
McDermott International : The engineering and construction company’s shares dipped after hours on Monday after The Wall Street Journal reported it was in talks with its lenders to file for bankruptcy within weeks.
Netflix : The video-streaming giant said its original shows and movies were watched more than any other content released on its service in 2019.
