TAMPA, Fla. — Authorities are responding to reports of a suspicious package at Tampa International Airport property, fire officials say.
A large law enforcement and fire rescue presence could be seen in the 4600 block of Air Cargo Rd. on Wednesday morning.

Tampa Fire rescue said an ex-ray technician at the air cargo facility was screening packages when he saw something suspicious and called authorities at shortly after 6:30 a.m.
Officials say the incident is not impacting airport operations and no injures are reported.
